3. Agency Relationship and Authority
Our Role

- We are compensated by commissions paid by insurance carriers
- Our licensed agents have authority to bind coverage only when expressly authorized by the carrier and confirmed in writing
- We provide general insurance information and guidance but do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Review all policy documents, declarations, and terms
- Notify us immediately of any changes that may affect coverage
- Pay premiums when due
- Comply with all policy terms and conditions
4. Quotes and Coverage
Quote Process
- Quotes provided through our website or by our agents are estimates based on information you provide
- Quotes are not binding and do not constitute an offer of coverage
- Actual premium, coverage terms, and eligibility are determined by carrier underwriting

6. Fees and Payment

- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Premium Payments

- Late payments may result in policy cancellation as determined by carrier terms
- FHIA is not responsible for coverage lapses due to non-payment
7. Cancellations and Changes

- Changes are subject to carrier approval and may affect premium
- Changes become effective only when confirmed by the carrier in writing
- We will make reasonable efforts to process change requests promptly but cannot guarantee specific timeframes
Cancellations

- Cancellation is subject to carrier terms and may result in penalties or short-rate calculations
- We are not responsible for coverage gaps resulting from cancellation
