John Fiordalisi: President
John is the President and founder of FHIA. After graduating from Marist College with a B.S. degree, he began his career as a bond trader with CIBC Oppenheimer and subsequently joined the high net worth division of Lehman Brothers. While at Lehman Brothers, he managed over $20 million in personal wealth and advanced his career by accepting an opportunity to open a branch office for AIG Private Client Services. John grew his branch to include fifteen (15) employees and began a P&C Division driven by the relationships he had acquired during his career.

Patrick Riley: Executive Vice President
Patrick is the EVP and an equity partner of FHIA. After graduating from James Madison University with a B.S. degree, Patrick joined FHIA in 2006. In 2011, Patrick earned partnership after many years of dedicated work. Patrick pioneered numerous efforts at FHIA including the installation and customization of all of the agency management systems. His underwriting experience and review of many different classes of business allows Patrick to be an invaluable resource in the risk evaluation process.

Kevin Flaherty: Sales Associate
Kevin is a fully licensed sales associate of FHIA. After Graduating from the University of Dayton Business School in 2000, he began his career as an outside salesmen for Triangle Building Products Corp. www.trianglebp.com
Throughout his 14 years in the residential building supply business, he has become one of the top producers on Long Island. When the housing bubble was on the brink of bursting in 2007, Kevin decided to bear down and take the necessary steps to acquire his P&C Insurance License. With his wealth of business knowledge and exuberant personality, he has made, and continues to develop relationships based on trust, which allows him to succeed in both fields.

Krystin Delfino: Operations Manager
Krystin manages and conducts the operations here at FHIA. Krystin graduated from Sacred Heart University with a B.S. degree concentrating in Business Finance and Economics in 2010. She has experienced the business world and enviornment when she interned for Merrill Lynch, and IBM through Sacred Heart in the Finance, and Accounting departments.
Peter G. Johnston: Managing Partner
Peter heads up the Life and Health division of First Heritage Insurance Agency Inc and provides a leadership role in all operations of the company. Peter joined the organization in 2012 and will play a critical part in the company's future. Peter owns and operates several companies in the insurance industry.
